Boise State University is proud to bring our signature rural education initiative, Community Impact Programs (CIP), to Emmett and Gem County. Community Impact Programs are Boise State's place-based educational pathways in Idaho. For Fall 2024 we are actively recruiting students in Gem County to participate in our CIP's academic certificate program. In addition to the unique skills, knowledge, and opportunities CIP provides, CIP participants receive an automatic $5,500 scholarship to attend Boise State.
