Voluntour Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Emmett, Idaho, dedicated to connecting compassionate individuals with meaningful volunteer opportunities worldwide. Founded by the Madsen and Peterson families after transformative humanitarian trips, our mission is to provide essential resources like food, clean water, safe housing, education, and support for self-reliance, mental health, and job development to individuals and families in need. We focus on building stronger communities by addressing the base of human needs, starting with projects in the Dominican Republic and expanding globally through partnerships with local organizations.

Our impact includes completing 22 projects, logging 14,952 volunteer hours from 78 dedicated volunteers, and raising $173,729 in donations. These efforts have benefited over 1,000 students through educational programs this year alone, while also supporting initiatives like prefabricated emergency housing and local job creation to foster sustainable change.

We invite you to join us! Participate in our humanitarian trips (typically $1,600-$2,500 per person plus airfare, varying by location and group size) for hands-on service, or volunteer from home to become a lifelong contributor.
