We’re staying in Italy this October with two restaurant-worthy dishes you can make at home.
October 9th: Mushroom Carbonara
A cozy twist on the Roman classic! Learn the secret to silky, creamy carbonara without cream — tossed with earthy mushrooms, pancetta, and pecorino. Pure comfort.
October 23rd: Ricotta Gnocchi
Forget potato gnocchi — ricotta gnocchi are light, pillowy, and melt in your mouth. We’ll make them from scratch and finish them in browned butter and herbs.
Hands-on, beginner-friendly, small classes. Come for one or make it a series!
