• Laying on of Hands – A blessing of prayer for strength and restoration.
• Prayer & Reflection – A time to rest in God’s peace.
• Scripture & Encouragement – Words of hope and renewal.
• Holy Eucharist – Communion as spiritual nourishment and wholeness.
• Confession & Absolution – Providing an opportunity for communal confession and absolution.
